Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SolPredict, connecting a wallet, creating a market, placing an order, providing liquidity, using margin features, invoking the CLI, or using MCP/plugin tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use SolPredict.
Eligibility and Restrictions
You may use SolPredict only if you can lawfully do so and only in jurisdictions where prediction-market activity, blockchain transactions, and related financial activity are permitted.
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, rules, and restrictions that apply where you live or access the application.
- You may not use SolPredict if sanctions, export controls, blocked-person rules, or similar restrictions prohibit your use.
Nature of the Platform
SolPredict is a non-custodial application and protocol interface for creating, discovering, trading, providing liquidity to, and resolving prediction markets on Solana.
- SolPredict does not take custody of your private keys and cannot sign transactions for you.
- Trades, orders, liquidity actions, settlement actions, and related account changes may be executed or recorded on-chain and may be visible publicly.
- Some protocol activity can be initiated by users or automated tools. You are responsible for each action submitted through your wallet or local tooling.
Wallets and Self-Custody
Access to SolPredict requires a compatible Solana wallet for many actions. You are responsible for your wallet, signatures, seed phrase, hardware device, software environment, and transaction approvals.
- Never share private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, or signing credentials with SolPredict, agents, plugins, or support channels.
- You are responsible for reviewing every wallet signature, message signature, transaction, and approval before you sign it.
- Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. SolPredict cannot recover lost wallets, reverse signed transactions, or guarantee that third parties will restore funds.
Market Creation and Resolution
Market creators are responsible for proposing lawful, clear, verifiable market questions, resolution criteria, source requirements, timing windows, and void conditions.
- Do not create markets that are unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, privacy-invasive, or designed to cause harm.
- Markets should use reliable sources and resolution terms that can be evaluated consistently by users, resolvers, and automated systems.
- SolPredict may hide, block, reject, void, or de-emphasize market content or activity when needed for safety, integrity, legal, security, or operational reasons.
Trading, Liquidity, and Margin Risk
Prediction-market participation carries financial risk. You can lose some or all funds committed to orders, positions, liquidity, fees, margin collateral, or related transactions.
- Market prices can change quickly, markets can be thin, outcomes can resolve against your position, and displayed estimates may differ from final execution.
- Liquidity providers can experience impermanent, pricing, settlement, inventory, and withdrawal risk.
- Margin features can increase losses and can involve collateral restrictions, liquidation, account health thresholds, settlement dependencies, and smart-contract risk.
Fees, Funding, and Settlement
SolPredict may display protocol fees, network fees, funding requirements, collateral requirements, balances, settlement status, and claimable amounts. These values can change as markets, liquidity, on-chain state, or network conditions change.
- You are responsible for reviewing fees and expected transaction effects before signing.
- Deposits, withdrawals, reusable balances, collateral, and token accounts can be delayed, rejected, or affected by network, wallet, indexer, or protocol conditions.
- Market settlement depends on certified terms, resolver behavior, evidence quality, protocol rules, and on-chain execution.
AI Assist and Evidence Tools
SolPredict may provide AI-assisted drafting, market extraction, source review, evidence gathering, or resolution support. These tools are aids, not guarantees.
- AI-generated market drafts, descriptions, thresholds, timing, or source suggestions can be incomplete, inaccurate, unsupported, or unsuitable for your jurisdiction.
- AI-assisted resolution or quorum evidence can be wrong, stale, unavailable, or inconsistent with final protocol decisions.
- You must independently review AI-assisted output, sources, market terms, and transactions before relying on them.
CLI, MCP, Plugins, and Automation
SolPredict may expose command-line tools, MCP servers, plugins, agent workflows, or local automation for reading data or preparing sensitive actions.
- Guarded tools can still prepare or request signatures for transactions. Treat local signing flows as sensitive wallet activity.
- Agents and automation can misunderstand instructions, use stale context, or submit unintended requests if you approve them without review.
- You are responsible for reviewing command output, transaction details, wallet prompts, and configuration before approval.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use SolPredict for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, manipulative, or harmful activity.
- Do not use SolPredict to violate law, regulation, sanctions, court orders, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or third-party rights.
- Do not manipulate markets, spoof orders, coordinate abusive trading, exploit bugs, attack infrastructure, or interfere with fair operation.
- Do not create or promote markets that encourage violence, targeted harassment, self-harm, exploitation, doxxing, or other serious harm.
- Do not bypass geographic, compliance, security, rate-limit, authentication, or access controls.
Regulatory and Tax Responsibility
Prediction markets, blockchain transactions, tokens, margin, liquidity, rewards, losses, and market proceeds may have legal, regulatory, reporting, and tax consequences. You are responsible for obtaining professional advice and meeting your obligations.
No Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
SolPredict does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Information shown in the application is for product operation and user convenience.
Never trade more than you can afford to lose.
Availability, Security, and Protocol Risk
SolPredict is provided through software, networks, wallets, RPC services, indexers, databases, third-party providers, and smart contracts that can fail or be unavailable.
- The application, APIs, workers, WebSockets, indexers, or third-party providers can be delayed, degraded, suspended, or unavailable.
- Smart contracts and integrations can contain bugs, vulnerabilities, upgrade risks, governance risks, or unexpected behavior.
- SolPredict does not control wallets, Solana validators, RPC providers, block explorers, external data sources, AI providers, or other third-party services.
Intellectual Property and Open Source
The SolPredict name, interface, documentation, graphics, and product content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Open-source components and protocol code are governed by their applicable licenses.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolPredict and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, profits, data, opportunities, goodwill, private keys, market access, or blockchain assets arising from use of the platform.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SolPredict and its contributors from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of SolPredict, your market content, your transactions, your automation, or your violation of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
SolPredict may update these terms as the application, protocol, laws, risks, or business operations change. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
Any dispute relating to SolPredict or these Terms will be handled as required by applicable law and in a forum with proper authority. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
