Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how SolPredict handles information when you use the website, application, APIs, wallet flows, market creation tools, trading and liquidity features, margin features, AI assist, CLI, MCP, plugins, and support channels.
Information We Process
SolPredict is designed to process the information needed to operate a non-custodial prediction-market application and related tooling.
- Wallet public addresses, wallet connection state, wallet-auth messages, signatures, and session metadata.
- On-chain transactions, orders, positions, liquidity actions, settlement actions, token-account activity, and protocol state.
- Application interactions, page views, feature usage, device category, locale, network, route templates, and reliability events when analytics is allowed.
- Market drafts, AI-assist inputs and outputs, validation errors, source URLs, evidence references, and market publication status.
- Messages, diagnostics, abuse reports, security reports, and other information you choose to provide through official channels.
Wallet Addresses and On-Chain Data
Wallet public addresses and blockchain transactions are public by design. Anyone may be able to view, copy, analyze, or link on-chain activity through Solana infrastructure or block explorers.
- Your wallet public address can be a persistent public identifier.
- Transactions you sign and submit can be permanent and publicly visible.
- SolPredict does not ask for, store, or need your private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases.
Wallet Authentication and Sessions
SolPredict may ask you to sign wallet-auth messages so the application can verify wallet control, protect user-specific endpoints, and reduce unauthorized access.
- Signed authentication messages are used to verify requests and should not be treated as approval to transfer funds unless a wallet transaction clearly says so.
- Session data can be stored in cookies, headers, local storage, server caches, or databases depending on the feature.
- Authentication logs and failure metadata may be processed to detect replay attempts, abuse, service outages, and security incidents.
Product Analytics and Opt-Out
SolPredict may use first-party product analytics to understand product reliability, page visits, feature usage, funnel drop-off, funding blockers, wallet outcomes, and market-creation flow health.
- SolPredict does not use third-party advertising cookies for product analytics in the current application design.
- When wallet-linked analytics is allowed, raw wallet addresses should not be stored in analytics rows; they should be irreversibly hashed or otherwise minimized before storage.
- You can use the analytics preference control in the footer to opt in or opt out of optional analytics where that control is available.
- SolPredict should honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals according to the implemented product-analytics rules.
Cookies and Local Storage
SolPredict may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser storage for product operation and preferences.
- Language and locale preferences can be stored so the application opens in your selected language.
- Theme, display, and interface preferences can be stored locally.
- Analytics opt-in or opt-out state can be stored locally.
- Wallet, recently viewed market, draft, connection, and user-experience state can be stored to keep the application usable.
Market Creation and AI Assist Data
When you create markets or use AI assist, SolPredict may process market questions, descriptions, criteria, source URLs, timing fields, schema selections, validation messages, generated drafts, and attempt status.
- Draft market data may be stored or cached so you can review, publish, resume, validate, or troubleshoot market creation.
- Do not enter private keys, seed phrases, personal secrets, or confidential information into AI-assist prompts or market fields.
- AI assist, research, source extraction, and evidence workflows may use third-party providers or external sources when configured.
Trading, Funding, Liquidity, and Margin Data
SolPredict may process data needed to display markets, quotes, order books, balances, positions, reusable balances, deposits, withdrawals, liquidity, collateral, margin health, settlement, and claimable amounts.
- Orders, trades, cancellations, fills, failures, and lifecycle states can be stored or indexed for product operation.
- Funding, token-account, reusable-balance, and settlement data can be read from chain data, indexers, server systems, or wallet-connected requests.
- Margin-related collateral, health, liquidation, order, and settlement data can be processed to operate margin features and risk controls.
CLI, MCP, Plugins, and Automation Data
If you use SolPredict command-line tools, MCP servers, plugins, or agent workflows, local configuration, command parameters, tool calls, wallet prompts, diagnostics, and transaction preparation details may be processed by your local environment and by SolPredict services called by those tools.
- Read-only tool calls can expose market, wallet, or account context to the local agent environment you authorize.
- Local configuration files, keypair paths, RPC URLs, and environment variables remain your responsibility.
- Agents, shells, terminals, and plugins may keep logs outside SolPredict's direct control.
Third-Party Services
SolPredict can depend on third parties to make the application work. Those services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Solana RPC providers, validators, and block explorers can see blockchain requests and public transaction data.
- Wallet adapters and wallet applications control their own connection, signing, telemetry, and privacy practices.
- Oracle, market-data, sports-data, weather-data, finance-data, and evidence-source providers can process requests needed for market creation or resolution.
- Hosting, database, logging, monitoring, security, and infrastructure providers can process operational data.
- AI, search, extraction, or research providers can process prompts, source requests, or generated outputs when those features are enabled.
Security and Retention
SolPredict uses technical and organizational measures intended to protect off-chain information it processes, but no system is perfectly secure.
- Security controls can include request validation, rate limits, wallet-auth checks, audit logs, payload rejection, access controls, encryption in transit, and operational monitoring.
- Off-chain records should be retained only as long as needed for product operation, legal, security, audit, accounting, dispute, and abuse-prevention purposes.
- SolPredict cannot delete or alter public blockchain data after it is submitted to Solana.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain off-chain information.
- Use the analytics preference control to change optional analytics participation where available.
- You can clear browser storage through your browser, but doing so can reset preferences and wallet-related user-experience state.
- Use official SolPredict communication channels for privacy requests. SolPredict may need wallet verification or other information to process a request.
Children's Privacy
SolPredict is not directed to children. Do not use SolPredict if you are under 18 or under the legal age required in your jurisdiction.
International Processing
SolPredict, Solana infrastructure, third-party providers, and users may operate globally. Information can be processed in countries other than where you live.
Changes to This Policy
SolPredict may update this policy as the application, protocol, analytics, providers, laws, or operations change. The last-updated date will show when this policy was last revised.

For privacy questions or requests, use SolPredict's official support or communication channels. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive wallet credentials.
